Board reviews finances, landowner recognition and website improvements; members to present at March CAPCOG meeting

The Land Preservation Review Board reviewed the financial report and a PLGIT investment update at its Feb. 19 meeting; the minutes state the financials were reviewed and discussed but do not provide line‑item figures.
Members discussed several ideas for recognizing preserved landowners but made no decision; the minutes note there has been a lot of publicity and that the next township newsletter will include an article about land preservation.
Board staff reported that the LPRB page on the SST website has been updated with general information, an application, Q&A, a parcel listing and a map of preserved properties; the board is interested in looking at other potential improvements to the page.
Laura Brown and Vince DiFilippo will present on the SST Land Preservation Program to CAPCOG on Monday, March 16 at 7:00 p.m. at the Hampden Township building; the minutes indicate board members may also attend.
