The Hobart City Redevelopment Authority met on March 5 and completed routine business before addressing several old-business items. The board unanimously approved the February 5 meeting minutes and then adopted an amended agenda that added an applicant seeking guidance on a fence design.
During old business, the board noted that application 25-12 (applicant named in the record as Zachary Tillman) is set for city court this month and agreed to table that item until the court matter is resolved. Separately, the board discussed application 25-17 but recorded insufficient applicant communication and voted to remove that application from the agenda.
Later in the meeting board members conducted a substantive review of a resident’s request for a fence variance (see separate story). The board provided procedural guidance but took no variance vote. The meeting concluded after a motion to adjourn carried.
Actions recorded at the meeting included approval of minutes, adoption of an amended agenda, tabling application 25-12, removal of application 25-17 from the agenda and adjournment. Where votes were recorded, members responded Aye and the chair declared the motions carried; no roll-call vote tallies with individual yes/no votes were recorded in the transcript provided.
