A motion to modify Resolution 12-25-01 and make it contingent on Mr. Black signing both the statement of authority and the plat passed unanimously.
What happens next: the county will not record the exemption or accept the plat for filing until Mr. Black signs the statement of authority and the plat; staff will notify the applicant to return and complete the paperwork.
