Lower Pottsgrove board approves equipment rental bid, SWAT agreement amendment and routine warrants

Commissioner Robert Mohollen moved to award the equipment rental bid to Sacks & Sons of Zieglerville for $123,654; Commissioner Michael McGroarty seconded and the board approved the contract, 5-0.
Solicitor Jamie Ottaviano explained that Resolution 1372-25 would amend the Municipal Police Cooperative Agreement to allow East Greenville Borough, Pennsburg Borough and Marlborough Township to join the western region of the Montgomery County S.W.A.T.; Commissioner Earl E. Swavely moved to approve the resolution, Commissioner McGroarty seconded, and the board voted 5-0 in favor.
Manager Edward C. Wagner said Resolution 1373-25 authorizes auctioning a 2008 Ford F350 on Municibid and that proceeds would go to the Sewer Authority. Commissioner William Keohane moved to approve the resolution, Commissioner Robert Mohollen seconded, and the motion passed unanimously.
Commissioner Robert Mohollen moved to approve Warrant #953 for January 2025 and to accept the Treasurer's report for January 2025; Commissioner Michael McGroarty seconded both motions and the board approved them 5-0. Commissioner Mohollen then moved to adjourn; Commissioner Keohane seconded and the meeting ended at 7:34 p.m.
