Brock Toole moved to approve the meeting agenda and Robert Griffith seconded; the motion carried 5-0. Toole later moved to approve the Nov. 19, 2025 minutes as presented; Dan Elder seconded and that motion carried 5-0. With the completion of the Watkinsville Strategic Plan by Inspire Placemaking, Toole moved that the DDA recommend the plan to City Council; Griffith seconded and the motion carried 5-0. The board’s vote is a recommendation — formal adoption requires action by the City Council.
