The Village of Hebron Planning & Zoning Board held officer elections at its Jan. 6 meeting and confirmed its leadership for the coming term.
Members nominated and approved Rick Stoner as chair, Mike McFarland as vice chair and Scott Jacobs as secretary. Each nomination was moved and seconded by board members and the approval motions were recorded as passing; the minutes note that each officer abstained from the recorded approval of their own appointment.
The board also appointed Mr. Stoner as the Planning & Zoning Board representative to the Community Reinvestment Housing Council; that appointment was approved with Mr. Stoner recorded as abstaining from that approval. Voting on these internal appointments was unanimous among the voting members aside from the recorded abstentions. The minutes do not indicate contested nominations or alternate candidates.
The board did not take additional action on governance items beyond these elections during the meeting.
