North Miami finance board keeps officer assignments; Sturch named president

The vote followed a formal recommendation that referenced Indiana Code sections IC 5-13-7-5 and IC 3-13-7-6 governing the board's annual meeting. Board member Amy Eckrote moved to keep the Board of Finance Committee assignments the same as those approved at the regular school board meeting; Sam Finnegan seconded. The motion carried, 6-0.
Members recorded as present were Stan Hudson, David Floyd, Daryn Sturch, Amy Eckrote, Mark Deardorff and Sam Finnegan; Jeff Working was absent. Superintendent Kenneth Hanson attended the meeting.
