Council members noted a $10,000 allotment for shared expenses in the agreement and requested the updated Exhibit A be printed with the executed agreement.
Town officials said the agreement had been circulated in advance; a town staff member (Schopmeyer) notified the council shortly before the meeting that he concurred with the agreement as written. No public opposition was recorded during the portion of the meeting covering this item.
Council members said they were optimistic about the project’s potential impact on local growth and thanked staff and the developer for completing the agreement. Clerk-Treasurer Jodie Rankin and Town Attorney William Bender will oversee any necessary publication or filing steps identified in the agreement.
