Councilmember Patterson then moved to approve the Oak Springs Improvement Project proposal for $649,000, with Councilmember Terilli seconding. The same five council members voted in favor, and that motion also passed 5-0. Together the two approvals authorize $682,750 in ARPA funds for the system’s near-term repair and full replacement planning or construction.
