Sullivan board prioritizes road repairs, requests cell‑tower fee proposal and schedules ramp and parking work

Telecommunications: The Code Enforcement Officer recommended establishing a fee schedule for cell‑tower work; suggested ranges in the memo included $1,500–$3,000 for improvements to existing towers and $15,000 for a new tower. The Selectboard asked the CEO/Code Enforcement Officer to prepare a written fee proposal for a future meeting.
Access and parking: The Town Manager proposed 'No Parking' signs on Taunton Road from the Route 1 entrance to Track Road on the side opposite Sumner Park, with seasonal enforcement from May through November. The board also requested a quote from Donny Tozier to inspect and repair both ramps near town facilities.
Town Manager reports and other items: Town Manager Ray Weintraub told the board a probate court transferred a property with outstanding taxes to another party, and that once that property is sold the town expects to recover its outstanding taxes. He also said questions from insurance providers about EMS billing have arisen and staff will meet with contractor Northern Lights on April 9 to address them. He noted the town’s online mooring program does not align with the town fiscal year and that he will review the ordinance and renewal dates.
The board discussed these items and recorded directions for follow up; no additional votes were recorded besides requests for proposals, inspections, and reporting back at the next meeting.
