The Planning Board on March 24 heard the Lexington Townhomes application (PB 2024-0460) for 325 Lexington Avenue. Attorney Whitney Singleton, architect Leonard Brandes and engineer Ralph Alfonzetti presented the proposal, saying environmental review (SEQRA) is closed and that outstanding items can be treated as conditions of approval.
Village Planner Jan K. Johannessen told the board that "they have addressed any of the major concerns, SEQRA is closed out and if anything is outstanding they could become conditions." The Village Engineer noted the proposed sewer-line extension will be reviewed again by the County Health Department during subsequent filings.
No public comment was received. The board closed the hearing (motion carried 5–0) and directed the Village Planner to prepare a draft resolution addressing any outstanding conditions.
Next steps: the Planning Board will consider a draft resolution from staff and return to final site-plan and subdivision actions once required documentation and the County Health Department review are complete.
