Topeka council approves $447,703 pay application for East Lake Street and multiple routine claims

Other approved items on the consent portion of the agenda included action on two outstanding 2022 checks (receipt #7504 for $343.61 and receipt #7503 for $1,392.73), a $4,000 purchase for a golf cart for town-hall employees, and a recommendation for a concession stand at 802 W.
