LPRB approves PLGIT move, reviews multiple easement and conservation-planning updates

The Land Preservation Review Board unanimously approved a motion to transfer all PLGIT Class funds into the PLGIT Prime account during its May 21, 2026 meeting, the minutes record.
The board reviewed a series of property preservation items, including an easement drafted by Lancaster Farmland Trust for 9 Stillmeadows Lane (Tax ID 38-05-0437-028C). The minutes say questions remain about driveway access and that subordination agreements are being obtained from the bank; settlement on that property is projected for July or August 2026.
Lancaster Farmland Trust representative Jeb Musser also proposed dates for meetings with owners of 42 Sherwood Drive (Tax ID 38-05-0433-013) and 477 Rich Valley Road (Tax ID 38-05-0433-004), with those owner meetings projected for the first or second week of June. Two Wertzville Road parcels (Tax IDs 38-05-0435-118 and 38-05-0435-013) were also listed for follow-up meeting scheduling.
For two Glendale Drive parcels (106 Glendale Dr, Tax ID 38-04-0367-005; and 122 Glendale Dr, Tax ID 38-04-0367-004), Rob Shaw and LP Program Coordinator Laura Brown will meet with Natural Lands and the property owner’s realtor on May 28, 2026, to review a draft conservation plan, the minutes say.
The board also received a CAPCOG presentation on municipal preservation from Vince DiFilippo and Laura Brown, with audience questions and interaction noted. The LPRB reviewed and suggested edits to a draft redesign of the township webpage prepared by Paul Fisher.
The meeting included an executive session to discuss real estate from 6:33 to 7:10 p.m.; the public portion of the meeting adjourned at 7:11 p.m.
Votes at a glance: the minutes record three unanimous actions: (1) allow Gerald Boyd to participate remotely (motion by Vince DiFilippo, second Sharon Wevodau); (2) approve the April 16, 2026 minutes (motion by Barry Frantz, second J.L.
