City staff described the project as a build‑to‑suit logistics center for a single tenant, with expected investment above $27 million and benchmarks measured by revenue generation per square foot. Staff and the applicant said the development is expected to support approximately 200 jobs by 2027. The agreement provides up to a 100% real‑property tax abatement for 15 years as part of the community reinvestment arrangement.
Aaron Underhill, representing the applicant, thanked the city for the incentive package that helped secure the project. With no public comment, council moved and adopted the resolution by roll call (7–0).
