Redevelopment Authority approves minutes and agenda, tables one application and removes another
Summary
At its March 5 meeting the Hobart City Redevelopment Authority approved the February minutes and an amended agenda, tabled application 25-12 until the applicant’s court matter is resolved, and removed application 25-17 from the agenda for incomplete public notification.
The Hobart City Redevelopment Authority on March 5 voted to approve the February 5 minutes and to adopt the meeting agenda as amended to add an applicant to the agenda. The motions to approve the minutes and to accept the amended agenda were moved and seconded and recorded as approved during the meeting.
Under old business the authority addressed two pending applications. Application 25-12 (Zachary Tillman) is set for city court this month; the board moved and seconded to table the item pending the court outcome. Separately, application 25-17, cited in the discussion as relating to 3765 Caitlin Street, lacked completed public-notification materials and required information; the board moved, seconded and carried a motion to remove that application from the agenda.
The meeting closed after a discussion of a fence-variance request for a Garfield/212 South Ash property (see separate item). The record shows the authority recorded motions and carry votes for the minutes, agenda, the tabling of 25-12, and removal of 25-17; no further formal actions on zoning variances were taken at this session.
