At its March 4 meeting the Glandorf Village Council approved Resolution #2242 to adopt the village’s 2025 permanent appropriations. Fiscal Officer Sharon Stechschulte presented the resolution; Dale Warnecke moved to approve and Zachary Klausing seconded. Roll call showed members present voting Aye.
Council also considered Community Reinvestment Area (CRA) agreements and the village’s participation in a residential CRA program as required under Ohio Revised Code § 5709.85(E). The council voted to continue existing CRA agreements with Gerald Grain Center and Glandorf Telephone as recommended by the Putnam County CIC and to maintain the village residential CRA program. Fiscal Officer Stechschulte suggested adding a one-year filing time limit after project completion to CRA Ordinance #1493 and said she will work with the village solicitor on language for an amendment.
Other routine business included authorization to pay the Park Board $100,000 of budgeted funds, acceptance of the Ward Construction street bid, and approvals of minutes and bills as recorded in the meeting minutes.
