• Computers: Council approved purchasing new computers for the maintenance building and a police cruiser because existing machines cannot be upgraded to Windows 11; motion by Doug Trombley, second by Scott Buckland. All members were in favor.
• Lexipol subscription: Council approved a Lexipol Law Enforcement limited Command Structure Policy Manual subscription at $1,575 (10% Ohio Plan discount); motion by Zachary Klausing, second by Scott Buckland. Hylant Administrative Services will reimburse 50% of the cost in the first year.
All approved motions were recorded as passing; the minutes do not show any defeated motions. The next council meeting was scheduled for Aug. 5 at 7:30 p.m.
