Fiscal Officer Heather Canan raised the Community Reinvestment Area (CRA) Program referenced by Mike Bowers in the previous month. Jay Roberts, water superintendent and village administrator, reported on zoning enforcement actions. To fill the vacancy created by Kenworthy's resignation, the council directed Fiscal Officer Heather Canan to post the open council seat on Facebook and place notice letters at the post office, Lavy's and the bank. Council President Valinda Hammons moved to adjourn the meeting; Bob Williams seconded, and the meeting adjourned at 7:20 p.m.
