Jacksonville council holds executive session to discuss complaint against public employee

The council reconvened at 8:39 p.m. after the executive session. Acting Mayor Angela Strock moved to exit executive session; the motion was seconded by Councilperson Butch Chapman and carried unanimously. The meeting was immediately adjourned at 8:40 p.m.
