HCC case 2024‑0019 (30 North 6th Street) — an elevator shaft and associated rear stoop to improve vertical accessibility — received final approval after architect Jose Miranda described a modest addition that differentiates new from old and will allow owners to age in place.
The council also approved HDC case 2024‑0022 for first‑floor window replacements at 204 Ash Street (City Hall west façade).
