At the start of public comment, Lorretta Holinka of 1440 Snell Road described multiple problems affecting her property: goats that enter her yard, a bull across the road without a fence, ongoing hostile behavior from a neighbor, bees being kept at a neighboring property that may require a license, and trees from properties behind her that have fallen onto her lot.
Holinka said she has had her property surveyed twice and knows her property lines. She thanked Manager Edward C. Wagner and Joe Groff for assistance. Wagner told Holinka he had sent letters to several neighbors, that some neighbors are investigating the fallen trees and one neighbor had already removed dead branches, and he said he would research bee regulations and reminded her to call police if livestock stray onto the road.
The board did not take formal action during public comment; staff follow‑up was pledged.
