Pipestone Area Schools board sets July filing window, three seats to be elected Nov. 3

Affidavits of candidacy and the $2 filing fee must be submitted to the district clerk at 1401 7th St SW, Pipestone, MN, by the July 28 deadline.
The resolution, moved by Brad Carson and seconded by Katie Wiese, passed unanimously. The minutes restate statutory candidacy requirements: candidates must be eligible voters, at least 21 years old upon assuming office, have maintained district residence at least 30 days before the general election, and not have another affidavit on file for a conflicting office (per Minnesota Statutes cited in the notice).
