Twin City approves $6,280 radar purchase for police, clears delinquent invoice from 2023

A pre-commission workshop discussion at 6:30 p.m. flagged a delinquent invoice from October 2023 for equipment that had been purchased without proper approval; the minutes state the commission agreed to approve that payment.
Mayor Matt W. Donaldson also read the finance report, telling the commission the fund balance was $1,441,654.91 as of the end of August 2025.
