Jake Roberts of Renewal by Andersen said the work includes full-frame replacements (not inserts); the company will remove storm windows and, where trim is sound, preserve the existing exterior trim. For one casement with rotted trim, Roberts said the trim will be replaced with Azek flat stock to match the existing profile.
Commissioners confirmed grid size (three-quarter grill) and that Fibrex/wood-composite material is specified for coastal performance. A motion to approve the application passed unanimously.
