The council closed the public hearing and approved the resolution (motion by Councilmember Russ Smith, seconded by Councilmember Paul Holland; roll‑call 4–0).
The city clerk recorded the motion and vote; staff will complete any necessary recording and mapping tasks to finalize the subdivision in the city’s land records.
