The Broken Bow City Council approved Resolution 2026-09 on May 26 to accept the Paul Hammond Administrative Subdivision, an administrative lot split for parcels 1141100 and 1141000.
Zoning Administrator Jacob Holcomb explained the split adjusts lot lines so a house that had been built over the property line on one lot will no longer encroach after the readjustment; both resulting parcels comply with applicable rules and the Planning Commission recommended approval. The council closed the public hearing and approved the resolution (motion by Councilmember Russ Smith, seconded by Councilmember Paul Holland; roll‑call 4–0).
The city clerk recorded the motion and vote; staff will complete any necessary recording and mapping tasks to finalize the subdivision in the city’s land records.
