Broken Bow accepts $12,000 bid for surplus lot at 843 N. 6th Ave.

Council voted to accept the highest bid (motion by Councilmember Paul Holland, seconded by Councilmember Russ Smith; roll-call vote 4–0).
The sale was approved as Resolution 2026-05. The council did not record additional conditions or contingencies during the meeting; standard closing and conveyance formalities remain to be completed by staff.
