Council member Eric Carlson moved to accept the agenda as presented; Council member Meagan Cundiff seconded and the vote was recorded as 5–0. Council member Eric Wright moved to accept the April 28 minutes; Council member Hilda Kurtz seconded and the council approved the minutes 5–0. Council member Meagan Cundiff moved to accept the April 2025 financial statement as presented; Council member Eric Carlson seconded and the council approved it 5–0.
