Cotter board approves multiple student transfer petitions under Act 731

Superintendent Jayme Jones presented four petitions to transfer students into the Cotter School District from the Mountain Home School District; Jimmy Morgan moved to approve the transfers and Cameron Ross seconded. The board voted unanimously to accept those transfer petitions.
The board also voted to approve one petition transferring a student out to Mountain Home, two petitions transferring students out to Flippin, and two petitions transferring students out to Yellville‑Summit; those motions were moved by Jimmy Morgan, seconded by Cameron Ross, and carried unanimously.
