The board also approved Ordinance 25‑760, which amends Section 104‑2(a)(1) of the municipal code regarding the Architectural Review Committee, and appointed Kirsten Hildebrand as an alternate member of the Architectural Review Committee.
Motion by Trustee Mike Barth, seconded by Trustee Ben Minkin, carried unanimously to approve the consent agenda items listed on the meeting materials.
