Kennebunk committee outlines flyer and May Day plans to boost local climate outreach

On May Day planning, the committee proposed highlighting Connect Kennebunk with a walking-trail map that could be turned into a scavenger-hunt or geocaching activity in partnership with KLT and CC. Lee Jay Feldman suggested geocaching as a way to center outreach around the topics the committee is promoting. Members also discussed promoting rain-barrel usage with a children's painting activity and possibly placing one barrel for dog water at the Waterhouse pending town permission. The committee recommended adding fire-safety and Knox box information to a model house display at the event.
