Bayside trustees unanimously approve financials, budget amendments and North Shore Fire Department fee resolutions

The board approved the Sept. 2024 Financial Statement and a Summary of Disbursements for Aug. 29 through Sept. 27, 2024, in the amount of $692,651.61. The consent package also included departmental reports (Community Impact, Police Department, Bayside Communications Center, Public Works and Administrative Services) and acceptance of a Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade, and Consumer Protection Clean Sweep prescription drug grant in the amount of $3,371.77.
The trustees adopted four resolutions on the consent agenda: Resolution 24-17 amending the 2024 Annual Program Budget; Resolution 24-18 approving a single- or multi-year capital budget to purchase large apparatus equipment for 2025–2029; Resolution 24-19 recommending the 2025 North Shore Fire Department fees for service schedule; and Resolution 24-20 recommending that member municipalities of the North Shore Fire Department be allowed an option to exceed levy limits for fire department charges pursuant to 2005 Wisconsin Act 484.
