Vice‑Chair Jenny Russell said she and Robert Levash are preparing website language and visuals to clarify the application process for new and returning applicants, including confirmation that project management costs may be eligible.
Committee members highlighted potential historic preservation projects that could seek funding. Cheryl Tougias agreed to reach out to the Fire Station Building Committee, including Brian Walsh and Ellen Anselone, about a possible application for work at Atherton Station.
The committee scheduled follow‑up meetings for June 8 and June 22 after the application deadline. No formal vote on outreach expenditures or an outreach budget was recorded at the April 6 meeting.
The committee also noted that the CPC’s administrative position has been posted and that staffing plans could affect how the committee handles applicant intake and follow‑up.
