At its Feb. 11, 2026 meeting, the Hidden Valley Lake Community Services District Finance Committee reviewed the monthly financial statements and received an update on ongoing and upcoming projects.
Staff presented the financial reports and addressed Committee questions; no committee action was taken on the financials. Staff also provided an overview of current and planned projects. The minutes record that no members of the public were present for public comment.
Committee members thanked staff for their work on the recent audit, for diligence on budget modifications and for the field staff’s efforts during recent heavy rains. Director Jim Freeman moved to adjourn the meeting at 2:33 p.m.; Director Gary Graves seconded the motion, which carried unanimously.
The Committee will forward recommendations on substantive agenda items to the full Board for final action.
