The Poseyville Town Council on May 12 approved routine consent and financial items, including the April 14, 2026 meeting minutes, interim check-registers for April and May (provided because the town’s new financial system cannot yet produce the SBOA-formatted Claim Docket), the Payroll Allowance Docket, and the April 2026 bank reconciliations.
Clerk-Treasurer Jodie Rankin told the council the new system is "having an issue producing the Claim Docket as prescribed by SBOA," so she provided a check register for April and May and committed to providing a full claim docket at the June meeting after the issue is rectified. Each approval was made by motion and roll call, with Council Members Mike Baehl and Randy Rankin recorded as voting yes on the items presented.
The council also scheduled its next regular meeting for June 9, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. and adjourned at 6:10 p.m.
