Councilmember Patterson moved and Councilmember Bogenrieder seconded a motion to approve SDS Form 2s and authorize Mayor Krause to sign any and all documents necessary to submit the forms to the State for approval. The motion was adopted unanimously, with Terilli, Bogenrieder, Patterson and Burnette voting yes and Councilmember Penn absent.
The meeting, called to order by Mayor Krause at 9:31 a.m. at the Statham Community Center, recorded City Clerk Nicole Sapp as present. The council completed the single substantive item on the agenda and then took a motion to adjourn. Councilmember Terilli moved to adjourn; Councilmember Burnette seconded and the motion passed 4-0. The meeting adjourned at 9:32 a.m.
