Council approves updated employee handbook with PTO and FMLA changes

Council moved to approve the updated employee handbook as presented. The motion was made by Councilmember Don Greathouse and seconded by Councilmember Jerry Adams; the minutes record a unanimous vote. Council approved the handbook with the understanding that staff will set the handbook’s implementation date.
