Woodmoor reports 98.9% ACC approval rate; Eagle Scout installs pet-waste stations on Preserve

Director of Architectural Control Ed Miller told the board that 63 projects were submitted in October: 53 approved administratively and 10 approved by the Architectural Control Committee. Through October, the association has received 437 project submissions with 432 approvals, a 98.9% approval rate.
Director of Common Areas Steve Cutler reported seasonal maintenance work: the sprinkler system was blown out for the year and the garage was painted in October. Cutler said the second prairie dog mitigation occurred in October as well.
Cutler also reported that Eagle Scout Alex Schaaf installed four pet-waste stations on the Preserve to satisfy obligations in a donation agreement with WOSC; the stations are serviced weekly. President Brian Bush thanked Cutler for painting the garage and for cleaning up the area.
Director of Forestry Jason Hann noted seven grant/forestry/Firewise visits in October and reminded residents that open flames are unsafe given dry conditions.
