At its Jan. 13, 2025 meeting, the Hamilton City Council voted unanimously to approve its listed city vendors and professional service providers and to reappoint two Planning & Zoning members whose terms had expired.
Councilor Greg Allen moved to approve the vendors and professional services (Morris and Waters Accounting; Smith Gray Engineering; Wadkins & Wallace Attorney; Critical Cloud IT and Software). Councilor William Fields seconded the motion; the meeting record shows the vote as unanimous. Separately, Mayor Pro-Tem Alvin Howard moved to reappoint Virginia Mann and Virginia Holloway to the Planning & Zoning board for two more years; Councilor Fields seconded and the vote was unanimous.
The council also approved the Dec. 9, 2024 minutes earlier in the meeting on a motion by Councilor Allen and second by Councilor Wall. The minutes and vendor list were approved as presented; the record does not show debate or objections.
