Woodmoor common areas: sprinklers, flower plantings and well contract advance restoration plans

Director of Common Areas Steve Cutler reported that sprinkler systems are scheduled to be started in May and that flowers are planned for the Barn area pending weather. He said final restoration of the North Park easement by Mountain View Electric is nearly complete; staged materials, equipment and the porta-potty have been removed and final grading and reseeding are scheduled for May.
Cutler also said completion of a new well (identified as 12R) on The Preserve is under contract and should be finished quickly; restoration of disturbed common areas will follow the well work. These items were reported as operational updates during the common areas report.
