Hogansville council approves smart-pole agreement, reappoints and appoints multiple commission members

Each motion was moved, seconded, and recorded as carrying 5-0.
Council Member Mark Ayers moved to enter executive session under the real estate exemption at 7:41 p.m.; Council Member Mandy Neese seconded. The council reconvened at 8:17 p.m., and Mayor Jake Ayers adjourned the meeting at 8:26 p.m.
