At its March 5 meeting the Hobart City Redevelopment Authority completed routine actions and took two administrative steps on outstanding applications.
The board approved the February 5 meeting minutes by voice vote and approved the agenda as amended to include a fence application. On old business, the board addressed application 25-12, related to Zachary Tillman, and voted to table the item until the applicant’s city-court matter is resolved. The board also reviewed application 25-17 and, finding the applicant had not completed required public notification and had not supplied requested information, voted to remove that item from the agenda.
All motions were made, seconded and passed by voice vote as recorded in the meeting. The board closed business and adjourned the meeting.
