City Manager Sonny Lewis told council the total park project is currently estimated at $2.2 million and that the administration hopes for a roughly five-year build-out depending on funding. Councilors asked about parking; Lewis said discussions with School Superintendent Mike Sanders include re-aligning the school driveway with the park entrance and potential installation of a traffic signal.
Paul Ruppert moved to adopt Resolution 2018-59; Debbie Fouts seconded. The council approved the resolution on a recorded unanimous vote.
