The council did not identify a specific hire at the meeting; staff will prepare the wage ordinance and open the position per village hiring policy.
The motion to enter executive session and the subsequent creation of the position were recorded on the meeting minutes; council then returned to open session, reviewed invoices, and adjourned at 8:22 p.m.
