The Clinton County Board of Supervisors approved four consent-agenda resolutions during its June 1, 2026 meeting, covering personnel appointments, a pay-rate change, an employee handbook revision and distribution of $104,000 in county library funding.
Resolution 2026-115 appointed John Luke Pawlowki and Cooper Boeve as Seasonal Conservation Technicians at $13.50 per hour, effective June 1, 2026. Resolution 2026-116 authorized an hourly rate change for Adam Frahm following his transfer to Shop Foreman, setting his pay at $31.15 per hour (DeWitt 23-02), effective June 1, 2026. Resolution 2026-117 approved revisions to the Clinton County Employee Handbook, to take effect July 1, 2026.
Resolution 2026-118 authorized the county's $104,000 FY2025–2026 allocation for county libraries. The resolution directs that 30% of the funds ($31,200) be divided equally among the libraries in Calamus, Camanche, DeWitt, Lost Nation and Wheatland ($5,200 each), and that the remaining 70% ($72,800) be disbursed based on circulation. The meeting record lists circulation figures and the second-half check amounts for each library; for example, DeWitt's circulation share produced a half allocation of $26,754.65 and Clinton's circulation share produced $11,860.34.
All four resolutions were approved on the consent agenda by roll call votes recorded as Irwin: Yes; George: Yes; Srp: Yes. The board also approved routine claims and adjourned to meet again on June 8, 2026.
The meeting minutes list the County Auditor as presiding on administrative matters and show the resolutions directed the County Auditor to issue checks and bi-weekly payroll from the specified funds.
