Resolution 2026-122 authorized the County Auditor to destroy identified non-permanent records (Account Payable Claims: FY 2020 affidavits of publication for FY2015) in accordance with Iowa law. Resolutions 2026-123 and 2026-124 approved First Amendments related to the Clinton/Jackson Early Childhood Board: an extension of the Fiscal Agent Agreement through Sept. 30, 2026, to complete fiscal closeout activities and a temporary, no-cost extension of the Office Rental Agreement through Sept. 30, 2026. The board authorized the chair and the County Auditor to execute the Fiscal Agent Amendment and the chair to execute the rental amendment.
