Fort Recovery advances wastewater, waterline and lift-station planning amid planned summer construction

Kleinfelder submitted the EPA WPCLF loan application late, which required council to re-do appropriations; Rengers said the village expects to be reimbursed once the loan is approved.

Rengers reported the apparent low bidder for systemic funding work is Jutte Excavating and the construction award is expected in March, with construction scheduled for summer to avoid school traffic.
