The chair called the meeting to order, the clerk conducted roll call and confirmed a quorum. After opening the floor for citizens' comments on storm‑drain matters and receiving none, the committee moved to routine business and approved the minutes from the October meeting by voice vote.
Under agenda item 1, the clerk presented “an addendum to [a] professional services agreement with Mandelick and Rodes Information Systems Incorporated for processing of yard waste coupons.” The chair asked a staff member to act on the item; the chair said, “There is actually no change to the cost,” and recommended approval. Members moved, seconded and approved the addendum by voice vote.
On agenda item 2, the clerk presented disbursements for October 2025. After a motion and second, the committee approved the disbursements by voice vote.
With no further business, a member moved to adjourn, the motion was seconded, members voted aye, and the chair adjourned the meeting.
