Fernandina Beach city attorney says code‑enforcement cases are stayed after lack of quorum

Tammy Bach, the city attorney, told attendees that the meeting did not have a quorum and that, in her opinion, affected code‑enforcement cases and their deadlines are stayed for the next 30 days.
