St. James council approves consent agenda, minutes and adjourns

After completing the agenda items, Councilperson Gene Hildebrandt moved to adjourn; Councilperson Paul Harris seconded and the meeting adjourned at 5:48 p.m. The minutes were signed by City Clerk-Treasurer Kris (Kristin) Hurley; the clerk’s name appears in the minutes both as "Kris Hurley" (staff list) and as a signature spelled "Kristin Hurley."
