Vice Chairman Brandon Geyen moved to approve the 2025 fire fees set at $60 per parcel in Monticello and $95 per parcel in Maple Lake; Christensen seconded and the motion carried 4‑0.
The clerk reported that a computer installation was completed and one supervisor laptop remains outstanding. The board confirmed it will keep the state flag as placed in the hall and discussed a policy of contacting the chairman before staff work from home. The board also agreed that Silver Creek Township will host the Wright County Township Officers meeting on Jan. 9, 2025, at 7:00 p.m.
On an unrelated matter under old business, Mr. Haack reported he received a citation from the Wright County Sheriff’s Office; the board said it will follow the county’s lead on any further action. The minutes do not record further proceedings on that item.
